Our regular Tuesday meetings

Join us every Tuesday from 1pm to 4pm on Victoria Road in Pinhoe. Our sessions are relaxed and unpressured, with plenty of time to talk, play games, and build confidence at your own pace. Family members, friends, and carers are also welcome. It's a calm, informal place to meet others, take part in light activities, and feel part of a supportive community. No sign-up is needed – just drop in!

Daily drop-ins and food provisions

We offer open-access, low-barrier sessions providing essential support and an immediate point of connection for anyone. No cost barriers and no sign-up stress – simply drop in!

  • The community food pantry: Weekly access to affordable, high-quality surplus groceries, fresh fruit, and vegetables.
  • Free breakfast & coffee mornings: Open-door spaces to grab a bite to eat, read the paper, and chat with hub workers.
  • The living room community fridge: Drop-in windows to pick up free surplus meals and fresh staples.

Creative and practical workshops

Our targeted, multi-week programs focus on adult learning, personal development, and mental wellness.

  • Food & culture cooking classes: Learn new recipes and connect with different cultures.
